BeVirtual Branch is a new, exciting, and convenient way to safely bank with Befit.  It will be a mixture of telephone, online banking services, mobile applications, video calls, and online appointment scheduling. More details will be available on the website and emails to follow. If you have not updated your email address with the credit union, please do so by contacting us at 707-557-8900.

During these recent months, we have learned how much can be accomplished for our members – virtually. The demand for more convenient ways to bank and extended service hours was validated by member responses to our recent member survey.

BeVirtual Branch will be open starting January 19, 2021.

BeVirtual Branch will be accessed by smartphone, tablet, or computer and laptop.  Appointments will be necessary and will be scheduled online at bffcu.org/bevirtual.

No cost at all! This is a courtesy service for our members so they may safely bank – from anywhere!

Virtual branch hours, effective November 30th, 2020 will be:

  • 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, (Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri)
  • 10:00 am – 5:30 pm, (Wed)

When scheduling your appointment, you will see an expected timeframe for each service.  Appointments will vary based upon the service or number of services you are intending to discuss.

As a User of the BeVirtual, I agree to the following terms of use. I will act and engage in a manner that is professional and courteous while on Video Call with the Member Solutions Representative from Befit Financial Federal Credit Union (BFFCU). I will not use language or gestures that are intended to harm, threaten, or demean. I will not take any screenshots or pictures of the representative from BFFCU. I understand if I engage in either it will result in a ban from the Video Call with BFFCU. When using the BeVitual, I will be dressed in such a way that would be consistent with being present in a physical branch. BFFCU assumes no responsibility, if you decide to use BeVirtual while driving or operating other heavy machinery, and understand that all risks, injury and harm associated with doing so. I understand that if I agree to the terms of use, and fail to meet the requirements as described above, the Member Solutions Representative I am speaking with may terminate our current Video Call, and I will not be allowed to receive services from the BFFCU through this channel. BeVirtual is provided for members over the age of 18. If the Member Solutions Representative from BFFCU believes you are under the age of 18 not accompanied by the adult on your account the Video Call will be terminated. BFFCU will operate BeVirtual Service in good faith, and use just cause while evaluating potential abuse, but will not accept any liability from your failure to read, understand, or follow the above mentioned terms. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BFFCU, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, and agents from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees) arising from Your use of the BeVirtual Service.
